A deposit of €750.00 is always requested, which – in normal circumstances and without damage – will be refunded immediately after the stay.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. You are asked to leave the villa completely tidy and tidy upon departure. This also means that the linen (sheets and towels) is collected downstairs, that all rubbish is taken out on the street and that all dishes are done.
Bringing a small (< 40 cm) pet is allowed, but must always be requested.
